Placed 3rd in Lucky Creek's December Holiday Slots Tournament that ended Monday at 11:59pm CST - $850 prize should have hit my Bitcoin wallet within 24 hours according to their tournament rules. It's now Wednesday afternoon and still nothing in my Coinbase account.
Their support chat keeps saying "blockchain delays" but my buddy who cashed out $400 from regular play Tuesday morning got his Bitcoin in 4 hours. Something's off with their tournament payout system specifically.

Tournament payouts are always slower than regular withdrawals - that's standard across every crypto casino I've used. They have to verify final standings, check for any rule violations, then batch process all the prizes together. 48 hours isn't unusual for a tournament with 1,200+ players.
Your buddy's $400 regular cashout went through the normal withdrawal queue. Completely different system.

Check your Lucky Creek account messages - they sent me a payout notification with the transaction hash about 3 hours before it actually confirmed on-chain. The delay might be on Coinbase's end since they've been having issues with small Bitcoin deposits under
For what it's worth, I've been using Wild Casino for their weekend slot races lately - their tournament payouts hit within 12 hours and they use Litecoin which confirms way faster than Bitcoin.

Lucky Creek's tournament system is a mess. I won
The problem is they batch all tournament prizes together and send them out once per day, usually around 6pm CST. If there's any issue with one winner's account verification or payout address, it delays the entire batch. Really frustrating system compared to other operators.
I've switched most of my tournament play to Bovada because their Sunday slot tournaments pay out within 6 hours. Still play Lucky Creek for their regular games since the RTP is decent, but their tournament infrastructure needs work.
Tara, I'd give it until Friday before escalating to their compliance team. That's usually when they manually push through any stuck tournament payouts from the previous week.

Sam - slot tournaments usually run on points scored over a set time period, not total amount wagered. You get tournament credits to play with (not your real money) and compete for leaderboard position based on biggest wins or total points accumulated.
The Bitcoin network fees come out of your winnings. Most casinos have a minimum withdrawal threshold partly because of this - doesn't make sense to pay

I've had much better experiences with weekend tournaments at other sites - faster payouts, clearer rules, and actual customer service that responds within 24 hours when there's an issue.
If you're not seeing movement by tomorrow, I'd start documenting everything - screenshots of your leaderboard position, tournament rules page, any chat logs with support. Sometimes you need that paper trail if things go sideways.
